Private Board Coffee Gathering at Lengfengge | Talent Recruitment Insights & Immersive Factory Tour

On the afternoon of March 25th, Lengfengge Factory welcomed a special group of guests. Coming from various enterprises, they all shared the same question: How should enterprises recruit and select outstanding talents in 2026? And we delivered our answers through a carefully prepared Private Board Coffee Session.

At 13:30, guests checked in and entered the venue one after another. Teaching assistants and sales team members gave them a warm welcome. Everyone signed their names at the reception, kicking off an inspiring afternoon of insightful exchanges.

At 14:00, led by Director Bai, the group set off from the exhibition hall for an immersive factory tour.

In the exhibition hall, guests were presented with Lengfengge’s core product portfolio — ranging from high-precision temperature-controlled chillers to the market-popular industrial energy-saving air conditioners. Every piece of equipment showcases our technological accumulation in the temperature control and energy conservation sector.

As our star product, the industrial energy-saving air conditioner drew great attention from the guests. They gathered around the equipment, examining its structural design closely and inquiring about its energy-saving principles and application scenarios.

Later, the guests visited the production workshop and witnessed the entire manufacturing process of industrial energy-saving air conditioners, from component assembly to finished product testing. Every precise assembly step and strict quality inspection reflects Lengfengge’s persistent pursuit of quality. The Brand Promotion Department recorded every moment of in-depth communication throughout the tour.

At 14:30, host Xu Zhongmei kicked off the event with a warm opening speech. Afterwards, the Lengfengge team performed the dance Happy Faces, instantly livening up the atmosphere. Then, Deng Changjun, General Manager of Lengfengge, took the stage to share the original aspiration of the enterprise. Zhu Zhiqiang, Co-founder of Bairun Business School, also expressed his support for the growth of entrepreneurs.

At 15:00, Zhang Xiaohua, Private Board Session Coach, delivered a keynote speech titled How Enterprises Recruit and Select Talents in 2026. Starting from the underlying logic of talent selection, he elaborated step by step, with audiences taking constant notes. The sharing continued after the tea break, diving into key points of talent employment and retention, bringing plenty of practical insights.

At 17:00, senior participants and new guests took turns to share their experiences and reflections. Some said it was an opportunity to "re-recognize their own enterprises", while others clarified their development focus for 2026.
