Many factory owners use chillers every day but have no idea how they produce cold water❓ Today we simply break down the full working principle of industrial chillers!

Step 1: Refrigerant compressed by the compressor As the heart of the unit, the compressor pressurizes the refrigerant. High‑temperature and high‑pressure gaseous refrigerant flows out through the high‑pressure pipe.

Step 2: Heat dissipation and cooling in the condenser The hot refrigerant enters the condenser. The top fan draws out hot air and removes heat, cooling and liquefying the refrigerant.

Step 3: Impurity filtration by the filter The cooled refrigerant passes through a special filter to trap dirt and oil. It prevents pipe blockages and equipment damage and extends the service life of the chiller.

Step 4: Pressure and flow reduction at the throttle valve The filtered refrigerant goes through the throttle valve (capillary tube) to reduce flow speed and pressure, getting ready for cooling.

Step 5: Heat absorption and cooling inside the evaporator Low‑pressure refrigerant flows into the evaporator and absorbs heat from circulating water, lowering the water temperature to cool machinery and moulds.

Final step: Continuous refrigeration through repeated cycles After absorbing heat, the refrigerant flows back to the compressor and starts a new cycle, providing stable cooling around the clock!
